The Environmental Services department at Water's Edge is seeking a detail oriented person to join their team.
This is a part time position, scheduled 20 hours per week, and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package or a 13% pay differential in lieu of benefits.
Maintain cleanliness of outside offices and entities. Carries out housekeeping support in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidance and regulations by the Director of Water’s Edge.
Minimum Education, Training & Experience (includes licenses or certifications):
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Drivers License
One year experience.
Experience with using every day technology tools (e.g. email, voicemail, internet / intranet) to access information.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal as well as stressful conditions.
Knowledge and ability to operate floor care equipment
Knowledge of and the ability to provide general housekeeping duties.
Ability to work in a customer service role for multiple customers.
Knowledge of green cleaning products and techniques.
Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining productivity
