    Mid-Columbia Medical Center, premier healthcare organization of the majestic Columbia Gorge, is seeking an experienced Clinic Practice Managers to oversee daily operations at both our MCMC Urgent Care Clinic and Occupational Health Clinic.

    This Full-Time Exempt position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401K and generous Paid Time Off.


    The annual salary range is $63,197- $78,977

    This is a Full-Time position and qualifies for excellent benefits and generous time-off package.



      Under limited supervision, manages the operations of multiple outpatient clinics in alignment with the organization’s mission, values and culture. Collaborates with appropriate leadership and finance to prepare clinic annual budgets. Partners with appropriate assigned staff to ensure optimal daily patient flow and allocation of resources to meet demands for services with available staff. Facilitates communication and collaboration with staff, physicians and other providers, other MCMC departments, management, and customers in problem solving and project management.
    • Full authority over daily operations
    • Employment authority for providers, clinical and office staff
    • Coach, mentor and manage providers and staff
    • Implement and sustain strategic initiatives
    • Identify, participate and lead process improvement initiatives
    • Participate in annual budget development
    • Identify and resolve operational issues



    • 4 years progressively responsible clinical leadership experience
    • Preferred medical group or clinical operations experience


    • Bachelor's degree required - preferably business and/or healthcare management; or a combination of education and experience



           •Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to know when to interface w/clinic leadership or resolve the issues with minimal supervision.

    •Thorough knowledge of operations, including staffing and scheduling, budget management and workflow planning.

    •Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

    •Experience using every day technology tools (email, spreadsheets, word processing, voicemail, internet/intranet) to access, organization and store job-related information.

    •Knowledge of Rural Health Clinic standards and regulations preferred.
