    BC/BE Otolaryngologist needed for Mid-Columbia Medical Center, The Dalles, OR

    You are invited to join an existing hospital-owned practice that is expanding to meet demand.   Mid-Columbia Medical Center is a non-profit 49-bed, Level III trauma center located in The Dalles, OR. Recently named one of Oregon’s 2018 Top Workplaces!

    • One Hour from Portland, in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge

    • The Otolaryngology practice has offices in The Dalles & Hood River, Oregon (twenty minute drive down the beautiful Columbia River Gorge)
    • Enjoy the full spectrum of general otolaryngology with the opportunity to subspecialize if interested
    • Currently a one provider practice looking to grow with volume demands.
    • Call is very light, average approximately one ED visit every other month
    • Outstanding referral base of 150 providers in the system, plus referrals from the surrounding area
    • Excellent ancillary services including audiology, speech-language pathology, and a top-tier Cancer Center



    • Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians, and the community.
    • Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. 
    • Experience with using every data technology tool (e.g., e-mail, spreadsheets,  Microsoft Office, voicemail, internet/intranet to access, organize, and store job-related information.
    • Willingness and ability to expand and maintain clinical competence in the specialty field.
    • Experience with electronic health records. EPIC electronic health record experience a plus.
