  • Overview

    MCMC is seeking a Manager of Sleep Center & Sleep Solutions.

     

    This is a full time position and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits and time off package.

    Responsibilities

    Under limited supervision, this position supervises sleep center and solutions staff in collaboration with Division Director. Additionally, this role functions in a team environment to supervise and support the delivery of comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders involving polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services, or patient care and education. Familiar with supervising safe operations of sophisticated medical equipment to record sleep/wake physiology. Responsible for maintaining the supplies needed for polysomnographic testing in the Sleep Center and Solutions.

    Responsible for the financial and operational management of both Sleep C enter and Sleep Solution's Durable Medical Equipment functions and all related regulatory oversight. Responsible to comply with and pass all regulatory agency accreditation requirements and inspections.

     

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related area preferred. Associates and clinical certification accepted in lieu of Bachelor's.

    Licensure/Certification:

    • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Preferred
    • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) – Preferred
    • BLS required.

    Experience:

    • Minimum two years experience working in Polysomnography or related field. One year of clinical leadership experience required.
    • Minimum three or more years clinical leadership experience is preferred.

    Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

    • Proficient in using computers used during testing and scoring
    • Knowledge of biomedical equipment preferred
    • Medical Background required.
    • Proficient in utilizing electronic communication, Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Word and Excel.
    • Excellent spreadsheet skills preferred.
    • EHR experience required, ability to learn and utilize EHR on a regular basis required.
