    This position is full-time, scheduled 36 hours per week (3-12/hour shifts) plus call rotation, and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits and time off package. 

    Responsibilities

    Works within the day-to-day operations of the Radiology staff in alignment with the mission, values and goals of the organization.  Performs the duties of a Ultrasound Technologist and coordinates workflow for all modalities, problem solving and adapting staff schedules for volumes of the day.

     

    Performs imaging procedures according to physician's orders, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to, exposure factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment. 

     

    This position is responsible for performing ultrasound modalities as well as those individuals working and registered in any modalities with ARDMS.    

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Graduate of certified Ultrasound Technology school or program.

    Licensure/Certification:

    • Current applicable OBMI state licensure in Ultrasound Technologist Diagnostic and national registration in Ultrasound ARDMS required.
    • BLS/CPR Certification: Personnel providing direct care in patient care and diagnostic areas are required to acquire and maintain BLS/CPR certification.

    Experience: 

    • Minimum two years previous experience in the appropriate modality field of imaging.
