Mid-Columbia Medical Center is hiring a full-time Recruitment Consultant to join their Human Resources team.
This position is full-time, exempt, and eligible for a comprehensive benefits and paid time off package.
Under limited supervision, responsible for the recruitment, interviewing and placement of candidates utilizing all internal and external resources available for leadership, professional, clinical, and support services. Consults with hiring managers as it relates to recruitment and staffing issues. Coaches hiring managers on the selection process and on legal requirements. Develops network industry contacts and arranges and hosts site visits. Participates in on-going projects to further develop an integrated recruitment process for MCMC and its entities. Monitors workforce market trends and analyzes implication on organizational staffing needs. prepares reports relating to recruitment activity, metrics and productivity. Identifies and participates in policy and program development in collaboration with HR staff.
